Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences department comprises of two (2) sections, namely Human nutrition and consumer studies. Sections aiming at advancing nutritional and consumer sciences translation to improve Human health and family’s wellbeing through training and research. Sections are headed by Dr. Happiness Muhimbula (Human and Nutrition Sciences) and Dr.Safiness Msollo (Family and Consumer Studies)
