Dr. Ahmad A.M. Kyaruzi

Dr. Athman Kyaruzi AHMAD graduated with a PhD from Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). He also holds M.Sc. (Agric. Edu& Ext.) (2008) and B.Sc. Agric. Edu& Ext  of Sokoine University of Agriculture. He serves has been serving as a lecturer since July 2012 – to date . He has also worked as Programme Coordinator, Women and Poverty Alleviation in Tanzania at Mikese in Morogoro District from July 2004 to September 2006. He also taught at various secondary schools from 1994 to 1998. He also holds other lleadership responsibilities in the department including supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students. Other duties include conducting research on agricultural development, service delivery, poverty alleviation adoption of innovations and school agriculture and Consultancy in agricultural extension, and program/ project evaluation, pedagogy and Youth in agriculture. The following are a list of his publications:
