Mr. Eliah Kamwela currently is a Principal Technologist in the Department of Soil and Geological Science with a high experience over 25 years in soil, plant, water, and fertilizer analysis. He has been involved in several research activities, consultancy and outreach activities.
FORMER EMPLOYMENT RECORD
He started working with the Highland Soap and Allied Product Mbeya region as a Laboratory Technician responsible for quality control of raw materials and soap and detergents in 1988-1990.
Worked as Laboratory analyst in the Department of Animal Science and production (SUA) involved with animal feed analysis, 1990-1992.
Since 1992 to date is working as a Principal Laboratory Technologist in the department of soil and geological Science, involved with the analysis of soil, plant, water and fertilizer.
MSc in Crop Science and production (majoring in Agronomy) of The Sokoine University of Agriculture 2009.
BSc in Botany and Zoology –The Open University of Tanzania 2005
