For vegetable production area there are\u00a0 various vegitables including broccoli, cabbage, egg plant, cauliflower and red cabbages.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<b>red cabbage<\/b>\u00a0(purple-leaved varieties of\u00a0<em>Brassica oleraceae var<\/em> Capitata ) is a kind of cabbage, also known as <b>Blaukraut<\/b>. Its leaves are colored dark red\/purple. However, the plant changes its color according to the Ph value of the soil due to a pigment belonging to anthocyanis.<sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup> In acidic soils, the leaves grow more reddish;
