The aim of the course is to develop entrepreneurial spirit in Agribusiness through imparting knowledge and the required key competences and skills through the enterprise education.<\/p>\n
iii. Course Expected Learning Outcomes
By completion of this course students should be able to:
\u2022 Generate business ideas, screen and evaluate viable business plans in Agribusiness.
\u2022 Prepare business plans for Agribusiness firms.
\u2022 Understand and match different sources of funding for different categories of start-ups.
\u2022 Use research tools in deciding viable business enterprises.<\/p>\n

Entrepreneurship and Innovation theories; Entrepreneurship and Economic Development; Challenges facing agribusiness firms in general and in developing countries; Public policies and Business Regulations; Business Development and Support Services; Techniques for generating and screening business ideas; Business plan development and research tools for business plan preparations.<\/p>\n
