\"\"I’m, Dickson Erasto Tryphone, a graduate of Sokoine University of Agriculture, pursued a BSc. Animal Science (2017-2020). Currently, I’m working as Livestock Officer II at the College of Agriculture at the Department of Animal, aquaculture, and Range Sciences. I previously worked as a Tutor teaching Animal production modules at the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources ( CANRE), Level 4-6th (2021-2022), making this job fun, engaged, and accessible to all students.<\/span><\/p>\n

I grew up in a pastoralist society,\u00a0 that is where I was strongly influenced in all matters of livestock husbandry and decided to pursue a BSc. Animal Science at SUA. I’m aiming to take more chances toward advanced training in Animal Nutrition, Genetics, and Biochemistry to provide support and care for the next generation so that they can build altitude, desire, and confidence in the livestock subsector in general.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not only livestock production but, outside of this career, I also love embarking on Mountain sides in camping trips with dog, a fascinating animal that have a long companion history with human beings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assisting instructing students and livestock keepers during practicals in different livestock fields such as Animal feed formulation and maintaining their quality, sample collection for diagnosis, conducting veterinary services, research and. survey activities.<\/span><\/p>\n
