Foreign Students can now apply for visas online (Visa Application System<\/a>) by visiting the immigration service portal: <\/span><\/span>https:\/\/eservices.immigration.go.tz\/visa.\u00a0<\/a>You are required to fill in the online form, make payment and submit your application online. Your form will be internally reviewed and processed.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Applicants are notified through their e-mails whether their applications have been accepted or rejected. You may also TRACK your application status through the online system. An applicant may as well be required to visit the nearest Tanzanian Embassy or Consular Office for interviews.<\/span><\/p>\n

General Requirements for Students Visa:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Valid Passport copy<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Scanned Passport size photo<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Admission letter<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Evidence of sponsorship\/scholarship<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. An introductory letter from Sokoine University of Agriculture<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Dully filled-in Visa online application form<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Visa fee (250 USD)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Our International Office is there to assist and guide all prospective students on Visa application process.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Study Permit<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Every foreign student is required by the Government of Tanzania to obtain a Student Permit Class \u201cC\u201d. International office will assist students in obtaining Students Permits at the beginning of the academic year\/semester.
