Our graduate programmes lead to MSc. Food Science, MSc. Food Quality and Safety Assurance, MSc. Human Nutrition and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees. Each of the MSc. programme runs for two years, by coursework and research, whereas the PhD programme runs for 3 to 4 years. All programmes are research-intensive and science-focused. Graduate students receive in-depth training in their core disciplines, research skills and statistics. Students work alongside departmental staff specializing in various fields who are working on solving diverse food-nutrition-consumer issues.
